very impressed with my first visit

I know that everything is becoming more expensive, but looking after your pets is becoming a very expensive thing and I expect that a lot of people are finding it hard to keep them well looked after. The cost of medication seems to be much cheaper if purchased online,is this something that you could consider to reduce costs.

As and when I have taken my dog Barney to the surgery he has always received the best treatment an owner could want. I have always asked to see Heidi who over the last 6/7 years has been absolutely fantastic and I always knew that Barney was in safe hands.

No recommendations really. We got an appointment easily enough as we booked it 6 months ago as a check up. The price has shot up though even with your staff trying to limit the price. Apart from that it’s a top notch service so hat makes it slightly easier to accept the higher prices. I’d sooner pay for an expert service than a cheap service. Will be using these vets again.

Saw bianca, explained all about the long term drug use, no one else has ever mentioned side effects before etc, she was brilliant despite our very fear aggressive dog!

As a newcomer to this area and with a rescue dog in my care for just two weeks, had I not been completely happy about the pracice I would not have stayed. I am sure that Rupert will be receiving good attention here and I will be kept informed of any treatments he may require.

I marked 3 stars for the waiting time simply because there was a restless, barking dog in the waiting area which caused my cat anxiety. The owner seemed to be struggling to control it. To the point that when I was waiting to pay in the other reception the dog and owner came in behind me, the dog barked again so I put my cat into my car. When I came back to the reception to pay, the dog jumped at my back pushing me forward. I know none of that was the fault of the practice but I wonder with dogs like that if they can be seen soon (the owner asked the receptionist how much longer she’d have to wait), plus maybe a notice to owners that if their dogs are restless/noisy to tell the receptionist they’ll wait in their cars and be called by the vet/nurse when it’s time to be seen. And when paying, maybe advised to take their dogs to their car first. It all made the visit very stressful for me and my cat.

All of the staff were lovely! It was my first time using this vets and just walking through the door everyone was so kind and chatty. They were great with my pet and my daughter.

Always receive excellent service at this veterinary practice from all staff.

When the external door to the waiting room is locked and a sign asks customers to use the payment counter entrance as a booking in point, chaos can prevail. Slow service at the desk can lead to a long queue forming of people waiting to pay and others trying to book in. Why not have a self book in screen in the waiting room?

I m so pleased we have registered Obi with you. The care he has received from you since we adopted him in 2019 has been exceptional. Your team have literally saved his life. My dog Polly was booked in for a scale & polish. Polly was dropped down at 07.45 as requested but not admitted until nearly 08.00 I phoned the vets at 15.30 to enquire when to pick Polly up only to be informed she hadnt had the procedure yet. No explanation was given just told to call back at 17.00. Phoned at 17.00 and was told Polly in recovery and told to call back st 18.00. Called at 18.00 and told Polly ready to pick up at 18.45. Arrived at 18.45 and waited. Polly was released at 19.15 - Polly was in the vets for eleven and a half hours for a scale and polish (teeth cleaned) Not happy. I understand that emergencies come into the vets and non urgent procedures get pushed back. If this was the case the receptionist should have told me this at 15.30 when I first called and we could have rescheduled. My poor dog was kept in a crate for nearly 12 hours and wasn t fully with it when I picked her up. Not enough recovery time after general anaesthetic in my opinion.

Great service as always. Easy to get an appointment quickly. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my pets.

I cannot stress enough how professional and patient Gill nurse is with my nervous dog Amari, he talks through everything in detail and puts my mind at ease everytime we visit. He is a credit to the practice. Most of the reception staff are very friendly and accommodating to Amari needs.

Your help was fantastic. You really made me feel comfortable and eased my panic over my poorly dog. This is why I have been with you for 15+ years because you guys are absolutely amazing

I was really pleased with the whole service and Fleet was dealt with very kindly and I was able to ask questions without feeling hurried .
