Louise was brilliant with giving tablet to Ava, and for me collecting Animal health certificate. Didn t mind answering all my questions. Did blood test there and then. Text me today with results. Much appreciated. All staff are friendly, chatty and helpful. It is obvious they care about the animals and it is not just a job . I would never take my dog anywhere else. Five stars not enough.

Whilst at Quantox with my dog, I was slightly annoyed that she got prescribed hayfever tablets (for allergies) that humans can take, I spent £15 on them, and I could have bought them from Boots for £2.99!!! (Same Brand too!) This is a very expensive Vets, hence why I do not buy my animals flea and worming treatment from them no more!

Our out of hours emergency appointment on Bank Holiday Monday was so impressive we left our existing vet and joined your practice. The vet listened to me and kissed my darling boy on his old head and gave us all the right advice, medication and food to have him back on the road to recovery. Our follow up a week later with a different vet was again a fabulous appointment, again I felt listened to and my opinion of treatment considered. There was no hard sell and Jeffreys needs were front and centre - thank you, I am happy to drive from Wellington to Bridgwater for the first class care of my darling boy ??

All parking spaces were full when I arrived but no one in waiting room. Although this can sometimes be unavoidable I wonder if the spaces were all being taken up by genuine visitors
