All staff are always friendly. I hear lots of stories about other practices not taking an illness seriously because its just a rat but I ve always been made to feel like my concerns have been taken seriously. Quantock have a great veterinary team and I always recommend them

The only concern was the long wait for the dog before the procedure was carried out. I was asked to bring her in at 8.15am and she wasn t dealt with until late afternoon. Maybe it would be better if there were morning and afternoon admissions.

Torrik s nails was clipped too short and she bled. In future I want to air on the side of caution and leave the nails longer.
