The only thing I would say is when you are in the waiting room you can hear the consultation going on so please be aware when discussing costs etc (Neither Stowey brach)

I’m very pleased with the kindness shown to my dog as she is very nervous in the surgery I feel confident that I am given the best advice for my dog’s health

Tony is AMAZING! He is passionate about his work and loves cats. It s a shame he can t be there all of the time.

Been with these from when my girl was a pup .. she now nearly 10 years …everybody friendly caring best care given .. my girl loves coming in here .. maybe not the treatment lol Would not go anywhere else …may not be the cheapest but definitely the best

We saw a lovely gentleman vet who I believe was a locum sadly my memory is terrible for names but I hope this feedback can get back to him anyways. He was absolutely amazing seemed incredibly caring and knowledgeable he examined and diagnosed Ramseys skin problem and prescribed treatments accordingly took the time to explain the diagnosis and how to dose the medication and also took extra time and patience to educate my 5 year old daughter on some day to day things a vet would do and tools they use and even let her listen to her beloved Ramseys heartbeat, she now says she wants to be a vet when she grows up :).

We adopted an old cat and without insurance the vet fees and medication costs are so high we are worried that we cannot afford them.

As we discussed Jo the staff to be more aware that people may be waiting but appreciate that we can leave and ring from the car for payment etc

Recently moved from vets 4 pets due to inexperienced vets .Very pleased with recent visit and previous 2 emergency visits with both dogs at Quantock Vets . Very friendly, experienced and understanding vet team each time and nice reception team . Thank you
