Excellent service. Advanced info re costs maybe crucial to many people. We weren t told cost of each little bit until time to pay. Can t fault the friendly caring attitude towards our pet and us. Staff seem knowledgeable too.

The vet who examined Murphy was very patient listening to our concerns, examined him thoroughly and took time to explain her diagnosis. Her bedside manner was excellent.

Underwhelmed is my overall reaction. My cat, Otto, was examined cursorily: previous visits have been more thorough - especially of teeth (latest examination described them as pearly whites even though there is evidence of tartar). Otto has gained weight: I said that it might possibly be a result of having been kept indoors in my London property for the past week but I was not asked to be specific about his normal habits. He could be gaining weight for other reasons, I guess, given that he s nearly 8.5 years old?

Tali came home in distress with problems with her defecating. We called Quantocks and spoke to a wonderful receptionist who reassured me and asked us to come in straight away. We were seen by the lovely nurse Georgia who took Tali away, helped her out with her problem and returned her with a smile and some helpful advise to help prevent it in the future. This was our first proper visit to Quantock (aside from an emergency overnight visit with our other cat last year) and we were very happy. Was seen by Liz who took our payment had a nice chat before we left. Thank you all. ??
