Absolutely fantastic team always very helpful when needing appointments quickly find the email reminders and texts for contact easy and convenient certainly wouldn t go anywhere else

The staff were friendly, caring and very kind. A visit to the vets is never great for cats but they made it as pleasant as possible.

I was informed that I must make another appointment within three weeks - even though I am on holiday for 1 week in Cornwall from the 11th to the 18th of March. I was offered no flexibility- I was just told it must be done within three weeks. Overall a rather disappointing visit - not really very flexible or helpful really.

I found all staff members to be incredibly helpful, I knew Nala was in safe hands

Our vet, Mike was so kind and reassuring. He didn’t rush through the appointment and talked through everything throughly. Brilliant service.

I always find the staff friendly and helpful Facilities are always clean, and my dog has never been afraid to go in, he actually nearly pulls me over to get in the door!.I would like to thank all your staff or making our visits so welcoming. It would be good to have a copy of the invoice(s) which were sent to Petplan so I know more detail of what has been claimed. Louise reviewed taper meds with my daughter over the phone and stopped ranitidine, but when I collected. Meds and got home ranitidine had been dispensed. A bit wasteful. Why do you no longer have a silver grade listing with RWAF ? A shame as rabbit expertise seems good. I’m very grateful for the treatment Rocket received. Thank you!

I am very happy with everything that was done for my cat, however I feel the cost is very steep as you have true animal lovers over a barrel as we can’t see out animals in pain or discomfort and will pay whatever to have them better. Your initial charge to just see the animal is really quite unacceptable and unaffordable to most people.

As on my own and trying to carry two cat baskets, it would of been nice to be offered help to carry one of them. Would be nice if possible to have a itemised bill, as would be nice to see a break down of costings.

Would have preferred a vet that wasn’t afraid of my dog, trying to get the vaccinations over as quickly as possible skipping the check up

Easy and convenient practice to get to. Our cat doesn t travel well so perfect as it s a short distance for us rather than going to the main Bridgwater.

I think it would really help a number of people if payment plans could be bought in, or if not atleast a DD form where owners can pay into it each month. Just like the Pet Plan but for unexpected visits.

The team were very professional and efficient in dealing with our emergency. Things could have easily gone wrong and if they had, the consequences aren’t worth thinking about. We are so happy to have Bella back home with us. Thank you for everything.

The vet Sarah was wonderful. She worked at Dukes pace and didn’t rush him. She explained everything and made sure I was happy with the treatment plan. It was brilliant to have the results of his cytology so quickly! The reception team were welcoming and Duke loved his treat.
