Amazing service just so expensive which really makes you look at ownership of pets in the future.

Smaller services have experienced a very significant price hike - in the case of my service, a 40% rise. Having done some research, the price paid is much higher than that of your competitors. Might be worth reviewing rises as a proportion of the service; £10 for £100 bill seems readable; a £10 rise on £25 does not. Not needed any larger services so far, but already feeling a bit put out’

I should have been informed that the cost would be £216 and not £100 as I was told originally. I was not told she would need a health check each time, I was told it would be just the injection only each time.

Extremely expensive. Disappointed that while she was under general Anaesthetic she wasn’t cleaned up. Wound has been bleeding even after 48 hours. Glad I’m taking her back to our own vet tomorrow

I expressed interest in the yearly payments on top of my insurance. While this was explained financially not a lot of information was given on the scheme itself and what would be included. Also I would have liked some help working out when my next appointment should have been as I need to sort neutering and chipping.

Our visits here are always welcoming and staff are always happy to help and explain anything. We have nothing but praise for Quantock Vet Practice, nothing is too much trouble and the vets always explain everything throughly.
