This was my second visit to your Nether Stowey clinic with our dog Bruno and it was excellent all round. On our first visit, we met Bianca, the vet, who did a very thorough assessment of Bruno (given he was new to the practice), reviewed all his current medications and advised me about his continuing treatment. Bruno was very impressed with the quality of the treats he was given. Our second visit was just as good. We met Katie, the nurse, and she examined Bruno carefully before administering his regular Librela injection. I appreciated the fact she took the time to run through all his medication and recommend how I might source Librela (and Simparica Trio) online. Again, Bruno rated the provision of treats very highly with a consistent score of 10 out of 10. He can t wait for his next appointment this month.

Absolutely thrilled with the care Rocky receives at this veterinary clinic! The staff is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Really reassuring check up on a frail 18yr old cat with Sarah. As always, and for many years, Quantock Vets tick the boxes. All staff are helpful and pleasant and accommodating. Nether Stowey practice is a great help to avoid a long drive.

Very impressed with the service and our cat is fighting fit again

Please can you find a way help owners who have a pet with a chronic condition. As you already see the animal twice per year under your scheme you should know if they are fit enough for a certain medication if treatment is required. That could be part the check up. I realise there are rules but since my cat had been checked out less than 3 weeks before I did not think a charge of £60 for a consultation for allergic flea bites was warrented. I knew they were allergic flea bites she had had them two years before and I had found flea dirt in her coat. (Yes she has flea treatments). I just wanted the medication. Perhaps in future checkups it can be marked that she is fine for future presciptions when necessary for the next 6 months. Then I can get the medication quickly and for considerably less money. thank you

Very helpful and caring thanks

My appt.was an emergency at 12.30 am. Chloe greeted me in reception and Sandra attended to my kitten, she knew immediately what was wrong and explained the options, the treatment, the medication. She did everything she could for the kitten and was open and honest about the chances and what to do if the situation changed once I was home and before surgery opened in the morning. Sadly my kitten passed away the following morning, but she had the best care I could have hoped for and was shown kindness and compassion.

I didn t realise the cost of consultation...that was a shock,other than that, everything was very good. As an 83 year old pensioner I m hoping that Truffle stays well......devastating otherwise.

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and kept me informed, reassuring me about the next steps. They also suggested possible ways forward and involved me in the decision making process where appropriate. I was impressed at how well they quickly understood my dog’s temperament. Excellent service and good value for money. The receptionist on Saturday and Abi the vet were particularly supportive.
