Super service. My only concern is I would like to see the same vet more often so they get to know my dog and compare time on time, but then I forget to ask their name!

I made 2 visits with 3 days. On the 1st visit my dog was chewing on something on the floor, I was disgusted to find that it was another animals tooth. As my dog has very bad allergies I was very concerned by this. Whenever I see Bianca it is always clean but this occasion was her day off.

I was very impressed with the vet that attended to Dante. He was caring and gentle. Explained options clearly and carried out the procedure quickly and efficiently. Would be very happy to see him again.

We had a wait but this was explained to us so very happy with our visit.

Wonderful vet practice and hospital. All staff friendly and knowledgeable and spent time with us explaining medication and pet care. As we were there in the evening we witnessed the cleaning in the public areas and the lady concerned was very diligent and careful with her cleaning. Twiggy, my cat, was very well cared for and she is very needy normally and much more so during her aftercare. An excellent team at Quantock Terrace Vets and hospital.

Wonderful staff nothing too much trouble

Fantastic team and practice, very supportive and reassuring always go above and beyond to accommodate for appointments or advice, would not go anywhere else with my doggy family.

As a returning client it was initially a little difficult to arrange an appointment but once my contact details etc. had been updated everything went smoothly. Thank you. P.s. lovely vet and nurses etc, all really helpful :)

Staff were amazing!!

I am a loyal customer and have been for many many years - 25 years plus. The only negative I have and it applies to most vets is consultation costs - I m sorry but it s getting ridiculous. I appreciate costs have gone up, but salaries are not. It s a choice to have a pet but costs are getting out of hand.

We were treated with compassion and care from start to his discharge to specialist. Thank you for seeing us as without you he wouldn t be here.
