Re the AHC, very disappointed at such a rise in the cost, a £70 increase on an already high figure is a shock especially since the practice already has the greater detail from our previous certificate. A Folkestone based vet assures us the cost reduces if they have previously issued one. Your figure particularly surprises us therefore. We have nothing but praise for the meticulous care taken with the certificate.

Brilliant vets both mine get excited to go in. only bad thing is no payment plans and everything is very expensive. When we are in a living crisis, not everyone has that sort of money upfront but would be willing to pay the money still. Yes insurance help but not when you ve taken on a badly treated animal with health problems before hand. That s the only downfall.

The staff at the practice are excellent, receptionists, nurses, and vets are all helpful and friendly. The only thing about the vet experience that would be an improvement is if there was an alternative method to take Tikaani s temperature ??

Staff always polite and the practice very clean. It would be helpful if all staff on end of phone were aware of any rules the practice has in place e.g that it takes 72 hours for prescription to be ready and that animal may or may not need review first . Unfortunately I arrived to pick up tablets for my dog having been told they would be ready to collect mid morning. After 20 minutes of waiting I was informed that prescription had not been made up yet and that actually my dog was due a check up first so therefore I couldn’t take pills that day. After a 40 minute drive out of working day this was frustrating .

Very good staff and service as usual. Finding charges so expensive now at though I am concerned I won’t be able to afford to keep up when I retire next year. How about a loyalty bonus scheme reduced fees for 2nd dog?
