Don’t think it’s acceptable that I have to wait up to 10 days for the vet to process my insurance claim, especially when the insurance company pay me within 2 days of receiving my claim. I don’t think this is a reasonable amount of times. Even banks process things within 4 - 5 working days, sometimes quicker. I know I was told it could be sooner but allow up to 10 days, but last time I had to ring to find out why it had not been sent to the insurance company yet, only to be told the lady that desks with it was off sick. Surely someone else should cover her in those circumstances. Can’t fault the staff/vets otherwise, they are really lovely, and nothing is too much trouble.

Cannot complain about the service. My dog had a burst abcess on her cheek, and we were in within half an hour. Very friendly, very caring and very professional. Thank you.

We were exceptionally impressed with our experience. The vet, Katie, offered to wear a mask when she saw one of us was wearing one - this was very thoughtful. She was lovely as she examined Maisie, and gave us a thorough explanation which we could understand as non-medical people. We are very happy with the way forward for Maisie for now, and await the further information which she will email to us. The receptionist was helpful too. We always feel very glad that we use Molevets, as our dog is well treated and we trust that all staff want the very best for her. Thank you so much!

I wasn t happy with almost £30 hike on blood test for some vets have got very expensive and animals will start to suffer as more people can t afford it

I really appreciate the care being given to Eli by Kate. Kate has been very informative regarding Eli s health problems and I hope with her help to get a little more time with him and to keep him comfortable. I m very happy with the care Eli is receiving from Molecare vets.

Unfortunately, several encounters with Tam the receptionist have been far from satisfactory. Very abrupt and rude and we always feel like an inconvenience when speaking to her. All other receptionists are exceptionally pleasant.

I didn t get told off or fined for forgetting my previous appt. for which I m very grateful, and I was given another appt very quickly. Didn t have to wait at all when I arrived at the clinic - and everything was made clear during my appt. Adam was great - very patient with Mabs the sprollie pup. Thanks!

We are always well looked after at the practice. Our tazzy dog is well cared for by all staff. They go above and beyond to ensure the best possible care for him . The receptionist are the best...outstanding, friendly, lovely.
